The quality of our products are well accounted for and any request for a refund due to a defect would be analyzed in a case by case situation and money may be refunded if we are notified within 24 hours of receiving the item(s). All our sales are final with no refunds. Returns for item(s) to be exchanged should be received by us within 14 days after receiving your item(s) and another item of equal worth of your choice would be sent to you after we have received your returned item(s).
